In December, Google affiliate Sidewalk Labs unveiled its draft master plan for the Quayside neighbourhood in Toronto. Their proposal includes a dozen mass timber towers?some up to 30 storeys high?connected by underground freight and waste tunnels, and flexible podium (or ?stoa?) levels.
