Francine Houben And Dick Van Gameren Of The Netherlands-based Mecanoo Receive The 2021 European Prize For Architecture
The Dutch architecture office, Mecanoo is presented this year with what is known internationally as Europe?s Highest Award for Architecture by The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design at a Gala Dinner Award Ceremony at the foot of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece on September 10. Francine Houben and Dick van Gameren from the Dutch office of Mecanoo Architecten have been selected as the 2021 European Prize for Architecture Laureates, announced Christian Narkiewicz-Laine, Museum President/CEO of The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
