2022 RIBA North East Award winners announced
Thursday 28 April 2022 – Three projects have been awarded Royal institute of British Architects (RIBA) North East Awards including a family home that also serves as a practical base for its creative owners in Northumberland and a refurbished civic centre in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The 2022 RIBA North East Award winning projects are:
? North Bank, Northumberland by Elliott Architects Ltd
? Newcastle Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne by FaulknerBrowns Architects ? Shepherds Barn, County Durham by LEAP
The three projects were selected by the expert jury, who visited all five shortlisted projects.
