Apple unveils iPhone 11 Pro with "triple-camera system"
Apple has launched an iPhone with three different cameras for ultra-wide photos, along with its latest Apple Watch, enlarged iPad and a subscription service for Apple original movies.
The latest collection of products and services were revealed at Apple's launch event at the Foster + Partners-designed Apple Park campus in California.
The iPhone 11 Pro, which was revealed by CEO Tim Cook, comes with three camera lenses on its back in a triangular arrangement. This "triple-camera system" enables ultra-wide footage.
It comes in Pro and Pro Max sizes and is "far and away the best camera we've ever made," said Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of worldwide marketing.

The largest of the iPhone 11 Pro's lenses offers the ability to capture a greater field of view, and according to the company is great for taking landscape photos in addition to up-close shots. The system "provides pro-level camera experience" with three scales: ultra-wide, wide and standard, which can be chosen while using Apple's Camera app.
According to the company, the latest iPhone 11 Pro is "the most powerful and advanced smartphone" that Apple has ever made.
It comes in four finishes of dark grey, silver, gold and a new dark green colour. The bands that wrap around the edges of the phone are textured matte glass back and polished stainless steel.
