Top Canadian property industry professionals proved themselves to be the very best in their field as they collected their 2018-19 USA & Americas Property Awards on 20th September. The glittering awards presentation was held at the Marriott Downtown CF Toronto Eaton Centre where the accolades were presented by Mr Shawn W. Pressley of Salice, Mr Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, and Lord Caithness, Chairman of the International Property Awards judging panel.

The USA & Americas Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which are in their 25th year and are open to residential and commercial professionals from around the globe. Covering 48 different categories, regional heats are staged for Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and UK. Over 200 entries were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by The Earl of Caithness, Lord Best and The Earl of Liverpool together with over 80 industry professionals.
