Casa Miga in Brescia Transforms Raw Apartment into Unique Space
In 2024, Brescia-based ZDA | Zupelli Design Architettura transformed the interior of an apartment in Brescia, Italy. Named Casa Miga, the redesign harmoniously combines historical and contemporary elements.
ZDA enhanced the apartment’s original features with custom-made wardrobes, partition walls, and modern furnishings. The design includes a herringbone parquet flooring and architectural concrete in the bathrooms. Soft, elegant colors create a relaxing atmosphere, showcasing Casa Miga‘s unique blend of past and present.
Casa Miga represents a refined example of a transformation of a raw apartment into a unique and sophisticated living space. ZDA meticulously crafted every detail of the apartment?s interior design, carefully selecting finishes and materials to create an environment that harmoniously blends historical and modern elements.
The project focused on enhancing the historical features of the apartment through a play of contrasts with contemporary solutions. Custom-made wardrobes, partition walls, and furnishings were designed with modern and clean lines, perfectly balanced with the historical character of the space.
