In this beautiful condo in the Chicago South Loop, 123 Remodeling team worked with the client to renovate the whole place.

In cooperation with Studio41 they built a new kitchen with quality grey shakers. 123 Remodeling renovated the bathroom to create a transitional design combining rustic wood elements with modern porcelain tile. In the living room, designers added a brick wall with floating wooden shelves and a new fireplace. 123 Remodeling team embedded lighting into the shelves to add attention to the displays and mix natural elements with a modern look.
