Ferrars & York is a progressive apartment building in South Melbourne, Australia, developed by HIP V. HYPE with Six Degrees Architects. Despite the challenges of an awkward plot, the team has created a model for future urban design. Located next to a rail line and within walking distance of bustling markets, this carbon-neutral building prioritises comfort and quality.
