The Derzhprom or Gosprom (Ukrainian: ????????; Russian: ???????) building is a constructivist structure located in Freedom Square, Kharkiv, Ukraine. Built by architects Sergei Serafimov, S.Kravets and M.Felger it was to become the tallest structure in Europe for its time.
