Diamond Schmitt Architects names new Principals and Associates
Diamond Schmitt Architects is pleased to announce the expansion of its ownership, design and management teams with the appointment of new Principals, Associates and a Director.
Elevated from Senior Associate to Principal are Duncan Higgins and Jennifer Mallard. Advancing to Senior Associate are Joe Troppmann and Gary Watson. Newly appointed Associates are Duncan Bates, Steve Bondar, Dennis Giobbe, Martin Kristensen and Diana Saragosa.

?These talented architects have contributed their expertise to a wide range of projects,? said Donald Schmitt, Principal, Diamond Schmitt Architects. ?And these promotions acknowledge the breadth of experience and design depth in our studio as we continue to grow our practice.? Mr. Higgins is leading the team in delivering a new Collection Conservation Centre for Ingenium, formerly the Canadian Science and Technology Museum, in Ottawa, and guiding the renewal of Holy Blossom Temple and School in Toronto.
Ms. Mallard has overseen both phases of the National Arts Centre rejuvenation project in Ottawa and is currently working on projects at Humber College and York Woods Library and Theatre, both in Toronto.
