The project is located in the Western part of Roskilde, Denmark.

The projects consits of two dwellings each 140 sqm. Each dwellings consists of an entrance, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and a huge 60 sqm living room which has access to a semi secluded private garden facing the street.

Each dwellings has its own toolshed next to the parking area.

The overall project is made of brick, then plastered facade and painted white as the ultimate finish.

All windows and doors have dark grey aluminium panels facing the exterior and white painted wood facing the interior. All floors are made of oak.
The project was inaugurated in July 2016.
