The home?s living spaces are set back from the street and situated around a beautiful heritage oak tree creating a sense of privacy while still allowing glass facades and large open spaces to connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Expansive glass facades and strategically placed skylights provide plenty of natural lighting to the entire home. Brick walls transition from exterior to interior, blurring the line between the two.
Living spaces, as well as a roof terrace, face the central courtyard, creating a seamless integration between the interior public spaces and the spacious exterior yard.

The second level integrates a custom cedar screen allowing unique views and plenty of natural lighting, while providing the master suite with privacy from the outdoor spaces.
