FORREC announces partnership with Japan-based Sansei Technologies

FORREC, a global leader in experience design, recently announced a partnership with Japan-based Sansei Technologies which marks a move to address the needs within the experience design and attractions industry.
Sansei Technologies, a manufacturer of amusement rides and stage equipment, has acquired a majority share of FORREC in this collaboration, which solidifies its position as a strategic partner. This alignment will enable Sansei Technologies to invest in FORREC’s growth, facilitate the expansion of its client base, access new markets, establish new industry relationships, and more.
The partnership is a response to the ongoing demands from clients, who are undertaking more dynamic, complex, and integrated projects now more than ever. “As partners, our shared priorities are a commitment to collaborate and create new opportunities and experiences for our clients, their guests, and our talent,” said Cale Heit, CEO of FORREC.
FORREC will maintain its autonomy despite the partnership and operate as a separate entity with day-to-day operations under FORREC management. The new Board, made up of a Sansei Technologies group of companies and FORREC team members will guide the strategic direction.
