New photos taken by Adrian Welch of e-architect, on a visit to this delightful grain-focused activity centre in the farming landscape of North Denmark:
The building is anchored by two small peaks that evoke traditional Danish grain farm buildings:

The gable is animated by a large square window:

There are no gutters or overhangs, walls meet roofs as simple planar junctions:

Venting in the wall cladding is discreet:

Warm tones in the L-shaped interior public spaces, with kitchens and mini-lecture space off these: Looking East to the centre of the building:

Looking south, shop on the left, mini-lecture space off to the left at the end:

Looking West, with the kitchen located behind the wall on the right:

The skylights at either end of the L-shaped plan bring in light that shifts through the day, animating space using light and shadow:
