Jestico + Whiles? design for a further 500 homes and 5,000m² of commercial space on Greenwich Peninsula has been approved, marking the final two residential plots and completion of the Greenwich Millennium Village masterplan.

Having designed all phases of this unique development since their appointment, Jestico + Whiles has brought to fruition a flagship London neighborhood which purposefully blends living, work and leisure, on the historic peninsula.
Currently totaling 1,800 homes, a community hub and commercial space, the newly approved plans will enhance the existing facilities and strengthen its position as a recognizable and special destination in south east London. The scheme delivers a riverside community with a strong emphasis on street life, framed within its network of green square and avenues
The final phase sits on a rare and complex brownfield site bounded by the historic wharfs which reflect the area?s industrial heritage.
