Built in 1911 the Hooper building is one of the coolest loft buildings in Vancouver BC, Canada. Purchased back in 2015 the renovations were complete in 2017 by Big O Construction.

Description
The owner wanted to add a second bathroom upstairs and extend the upper lofty sleeping area. Polished concrete floors, new white kitchen, white oak flooring upstairs, 17″+ ceilings with massive windows give this old loft a modern vibe.
