Developed by the Greenland Group, Hertsmere House will provide 861 private and affordable homes within the development as well as 60 more affordable homes in a separate, linked development in Limehouse. The development will include landscaping improvements and improvements to the public realm, including shops and cafes along West India Quay. Hertsmere house itself will feature community amenities, including glass winter gardens, landscaped roof terraces, public open spaces and carefully designed external and internal child?s play areas with rooms for music, games and graphics.
