Towards the street the facade closes up, protecting the interior from noise and pollution while the back facade opens up completely towards the garden, communicating with the swimming pool and splendid hills beyond.
The mansion is structured on three levels and thanks to a beautifully balanced ratio between concrete, steel, glass and wood the spaces are highly diverse.
?The study, play room parking, and service area were built underground, while on the ground floor the living room, dinning, kitchen and office open up in search of views of the landscape. On the second floor of the house you find the private spaces around a family room, controlling the views and maintaining its privacy.?
