Â The establishment is only meters away of the ocean, enjoying the wonderful sound of the waves and the refreshing breeze from a strategical position, one that can nestle a relaxing living experience. Industrial aesthetic values define the beach home that proudly wears exposed concrete, inviting the natural environment to put his footprint on it, evolving in time, changing its appearance as it ages.
The beautiful concrete home envisioned by BAK Architects is positioned between sea and forest, the home being protected from distractions, subdued to the nature`s wonders. A few trees, small vegetation, water and sand is all there is. Sea`s emerald water remains the focal point in the setting.
The home was designed for a young family of five that asked for a spacious home. The material were chosen thanks to their resilience, low maintenance and raw aspect that was easily integrated into the site. The establishment is separated in two units, one that would serve the guests and one for the family.
