The building will be used for a neighbor hospital and other businesses, and we had an expectation that this building would be an open-space in such dense region.

We wanted to bring the series of nature nearby Modam Mountain, the birds eco-park and Han River into the building. Besides the given Floor Area Ratio, we decided to use the green space that connects the inner and outer space of the building to create a terrace.
