Kindrachuk Agrey Architecture Achieves LEED Platinum Certification
Kindrachuk Agrey Architecture?s (KAA) Studio has achieved LEED Platinum certification from the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC). Their space is the first in Saskatchewan to reach the highest level of certification available in the Commercial Interiors category of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) sustainable design program from the CaGBC.

The certification is the result of an integrative design and construction process based on a ?Practice What We Preach? concept that focused on the themes of Context, Collaboration and Sustainability.

?A healthy workplace that provides choice for the staff was paramount in establishing a strong precedent for professional office design in the province,? said Derek Kindrachuk, Firm Principal.
Planning took advantage of active design principles to create a dynamic workplace while focusing on key sustainable initiatives to reduce the project?s environmental impact.
