This apartment sits in a special spot, right between the sea and ancient Latomie dei Cappuccini. After a lot of legal work, builders got the okay to build here. This place is not just any land; it has a small, old quarry that’s about 2500 years old. This quarry is so important that it’s even on the city’s maps. Not far away, just 100 meters (328 feet) west, is a big, old stone pit that many artists love. Living High with History
