Marinera Residences’s Design Concept
Nestled along the slope, Marinera Residences seamlessly blend into the contours of the topography. As a residential development, Marinera recreates the sense of distinct dwellings, even within its uppermost units. Generous shaded areas are formed by overhangs that extend, aligning the project towards Chios Island.
