A recently-completed luxury Miami penthouse:
Luxury architecture firm Mojo Stumer (MSA) created the ultimate Miami lifestyle in this penthouse apartment in an iconic Norman Foster-designed Miami Beach tower (known as Faena House). The team meticulously customized every aspect of the architecture and interior design of the home ? a four-bedroom, four-bath art-forward residence with incredible ocean views.

The project was a full interior renovation (space planning, relocated kitchen and master suites, full interiors and furniture and finishes.) The design of this Miami Beach penthouse was approached with a singular goal:? creating a one-of-a-kind jewel-box apartment, one worthy of the world class panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean afforded throughout the space.
Some highlights of the penthouse include:
? MSA created a modern Miami home that has subtle industrial touches throughout, such as:

? Poured concrete flooring

? Large Porcelain panel walling by Florim that resemble concrete

? Hand-made light fixture from Milan
