European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture

We are pleased to share with you the list of works competing for the 2017 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture ? Mies van der Rohe Award announced today by the European Commission and the Fundació Mies van der Rohe. From the list of 356 projects, 19 of the projects are constructed in the United Kingdom and 5 project are built by offices from the United Kingdom in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Lazika, Lisbon, Oslo and Tbilisi.
The European Commission and the Fundació Mies van der Rohe announced today the list of 356 works competing for the 2017 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture ? Mies van der Rohe Award.
?The nominated works are stimulating, innovative and have improved the existing conditions of their sites. They push boundaries and have set new standards based on strong collaborative and participatory strategies.?
