Niche Interiors reimagined this dated & dark 1950’s space to integrate their client?s modern aesthetic while bringing in more natural light and highlighting the incredible ocean views.

A light, textural palette is used throughout with white oak floors and ceilings, board formed concrete and raked white tile in the bathrooms.

The interiors feature a mix of modern furniture and lighting alongside sculptural, vintage pieces that give a nod to the home?s mid-century roots. Vintage Charlotte Perriand leather dining chairs are paired with a clean-lined table and Holly Hunt chandelier in the dining area.
A contemporary sectional, carved wood coffee table and a Finn Juhl Pelican armchair provide a cozy conversation area by the fireplace.

The oversized island provides additional seating and prep space in the kitchen, which features concrete countertops and backsplash and plywood cabinets.
