Modular One herringbone flooring by Parador
Dezeen Showroom:Â German brand Parador has introduced a herringbone variation of Modular One, its eco-focused vinyl flooring.
Parador's Modular One is PVC-free, plasticiser-free and durable, and is made with over 90 per cent renewable raw materials, according to the brand.
Parador's Modular One vinyl flooring comes in a herringbone style
It released the herringbone variation in response to renewed interest in the traditional laying pattern, which Parador says is not being offered by any other PVC-free design flooring manufacturers.
The brand describes the flooring style as "classic and modern at the same time" and as having an "elegant and timeless" aesthetic.
There is a choice of six colours, including Oak Artemis coffee brown
"Herringbone not only looks great in older buildings, but also creates a tasteful effect in modern rooms," said Parador. The Modular One herringbone range is being offered in six colours ranging from white to natural wood hues to coffee brown, and features a surface texture reminiscent of wood grain. It is made with Parador's Allround Click system for easy installation.
