Dezeen Showroom: Italian architect Carlo Colombo has designed a pared-back collection of work tables and desks named More for IOC Project Partners.
The More collection comprises units of several different sizes, each developed by Colombo for use in offices and meeting rooms.
Colombo's More tables marry a slender worktop with a chunky base
The tables are distinguished by their minimalist form, which contrasts a chunky, solid base with a tapered overhanging worktop that is just 17 millimetres thick.
The collection spans everything from small individual desks intended for executive offices to longer units that are designed to be shared in conference rooms.
Engineered woods are among the available finishes
The More tables can also be customised with different finishes, including nine different glossy and matt scratch-resistant lacquers and three types of engineered wood. Each is complete with a central cut-out for cables, while the smaller desk units can be combined with matching cabinets.
