Noa sit-stand desk by Benchmark
Dezeen Showroom: Noa is a height-adjustable wooden desk by British furniture-maker Benchmark that encourages users to alternate between sitting and standing.
Benchmark designed the Noa desk to help users maintain good posture and allow them to move throughout the working day.

The piece was developed as a direct response to the coronavirus pandemic, which has resulted in unprecedented numbers of people working from home without a satisfactory or ergonomic workspace.
"Whilst we expect ergonomics to be considered in the workplace, our home workspaces are often poorly designed and not always well thought out," explained Benchmark.
It is built almost entirely from natural materials
"This year we have all experienced a change to the way we are living and working. As a result, there is an increasing focus on our wellbeing and how we best use our spaces," the brand continued. "We are realising the importance of good posture and encouraging movement in our working day. Using a height-adjustable desk to alternate between sitting and standing has been proven to bring numerous health and productivity benefits."
