New construction photographs have emerged, revealing that OMA has made significant progress on its trio of towers for Miami's Coconut Grove.
Set for completion next year, the Park Grove complex is being built in the waterfront area south of Downtown Miami, on the last free plot. It will form part of Bay Shore Drive's "wall of towers", made up of large residential, office and hotel buildings.

The new photographs, released earlier this week, show that the concrete frames of the three curvaceous towers are complete, including two that are "peanut-shaped" and a third that is more cylindrical.
Large amounts of glazing, which will offer residents views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, have already been installed, along with generous balconies. A raised plinth that connects the buildings at ground level is also taking shape.

The project is designed by OMA's New York office, which is led by firm partner Shohei Shigematsu. Meanwhile, the interiors are designed by New York studio Meyer Davis.
The images also show that these interior spaces are also underway. One image shows constructions workers panelling the walls, while another previews a kitchen with marble surfaces.

OMA first unveiled its design for Park Grove in 2014. In an interview with Dezeen, Shigematsu said the aim was to create "an organic form, rather than too much of a defined tower".
