Appearing on Copenhagen’s harbor front, a new architecture hub for design buffs is opening to the public this spring. Designed by the leading Dutch architecture firm Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), “BLOX” is designed to become the country’s melting pot for architects, designers, companies, researchers, and organizations.

BLOX includes the “Danish Architecture Center” (DAC), which will act as a center for the built environment and urban solution. Considered as the first project in Denmark, the architecture hub is a large mixed-use building with public spaces, a fitness center, a harbor promenade, apartments, a restaurant and a playground for everyone to enjoy.
