Dezeen Showroom: workplace furniture brand Narbutas has launched a sit-stand desk designed to be assembled and ready to use in just nine minutes.
The Q-Active desk was created to fit the requirements of a modern office by delivering comfort and ergonomics as well as a dynamic character.

It also saves companies the time and labour that might normally be taken up by assembly as it has a structure that Narbutas says can be assembled in nine minutes, from unpacking the parts to using its height-adjustment button.
The Q-Active design comes in six desktop widths, allowing different sizes to be used in different areas while keeping a consistent aesthetic across the space.
It comes in six different desktop sizes Other features include an anti-collision sensor that stops the desktop from bumping or compressing any items stored beneath the tabletop and a save function for the user's two preferred height options.
In line with Narbutas' sustainability commitments, the Q-Active desk is made from approximately 20 per cent recycled materials and up to 99 per cent of the components can be easily disassembled and recycled.
