The new Rafaela Sapper Firefighters Detachment is part of a project that includes several stages and together they make up a service area for the NW sector of the city.
It considers the land available between Av. Octavio Zobboli and collector street (entrance to the industrial area, both provincial and municipal), private property of the Industrial Park, as an enabling platform that constitutes in itself a public space with a high degree of representation, that together with the proposed building it gains value as an intervention on an urban scale; not only defining the northern entrance of the city but also giving institutional presence to one of the most important productive poles in the region.
The management of this project in its entirety is part of the initiative of private companies based in local industrial parks, under the coordination of the business union (CCIRR). The premise raised was to think of a building that, beyond its stage, has a unique and finished reading in each of its phases since the financing would come from public organizations, a condition that generally affects the continuity of the works according to the electoral cycles.
