From the architect. The new building composed of rental units and retail space is located on Hoheluftchaussee, one of Hamburg?s main arteries leading to the city center. The primary concept is to fill a vacant plot and create high quality living space while taking into account the high traffic volume.

The building is composed by one central nucleus with a circulation of nine apartments. Each floor contains two apartments except the top floor: there one apartment with a huge roof terrace was planned.
