In the immediate vicinity of the extensive landscape of the Rheinauen and within sight of the inner city of Düsseldorf, a high-rise project is created which, through its architecture and utilization, characterizes the left-Rhine silhouette.
The facades are designed as cloud-shaped horizontal waves that envelop the building like a dress and give it a light, sculptural character. The three-dimensional, perforated and semi-transparent façade elements control the views and insights and protect against the sun and wind.
