Today NO ARCHITECTURE released the design for the 8,250 square foot home on a premier remaining Red Mountain building site. Designed specifically for dramatic panoramic views, architect Andrew Heid’s vision for 376 Draw Drive is Risingmountain: a series of five terraced glass, stone, and timber pavilions that ascend along the mountain ridge. In collaboration Compass Colorado’s Steven Shane, the speculative project presents a rare opportunity with its’ unique natural location, elevation and proximity to the surrounding mountains and vibrant Aspen community.
Each of the five pavilions orients differently to the surrounding views, extending over the natural topography and maximizing sun exposures with the rotations of the plan around the site:
