The 9000 sq. ft residential project is located at Great Neck Bay- Long Island, with an incredible Manhattan?s view.
When the land was acquired by the family, they knew that something very special needed to be built there.
The family that work in NYC, were looking for a place that they can scape every day from the city?s noise and traffic and have some nature contact. On the other hand, the Israeli/American family fell in love with the Brazilian?s colors and nature and they wanted to incorporate that on the project.
