All of these criteria influenced the plan and geometry of the home, and one of the most prominent features is the cantilevered second floor at the front façade.

On the site, there is a very clear distinction between public and private spaces. Â From the street the front entry is concealed behind a wood fence which provides privacy from the street. Â
