Spinnaker table collection for Hessentia among new products on Dezeen Showroom
Hessentia's collection of marble tables that feature bases modelled on sails is among 13 new products featured on Dezeen Showroom this week.
Spinnaker table collection by Luca Erba for Hessentia
Spinnaker is a series of tables created by designer Luca Erba for Italian brand Hessentia, which aims to bring together sculptural art and architecture in the form of vernacular furniture.
The tables are composed of marble tops in either a round or lozenge shape, supported by a sculptural marble and bronze base made of intersecting forms that resemble the sails of a ship.
Spinnaker was featured on Dezeen Showroom this week, alongside products including a hand-stitched leather stool based on a horse-riding saddle and a collection of vibrant fabrics made from recycled ocean plastic. Read on to see the rest of this week's new products:
