The RAIC has opened its call for submissions for its annual awards.
The RAIC annual awards are a celebration of creativity, innovation, and excellence in Canadian architecture and highlight work that challenges and changes the built environment. They also aim to showcase the value of architecture and its positive impact on the lives of the community.
The RAIC annual awards are also an opportunity for architects and projects to gain national recognition.
As of September 23, 2024, the RAIC Gold Medal, the Architectural Practice Award, the Emerging Architectural Practice Award, the RAIC Advocate for Architecture Award, the RAIC Architectural Journalism and Media Award and the RAIC Research & Innovation in Architecture Award are all accepting submissions. This year also marks the return of the Prix du XXe Siècle with updated Terms of Reference. These awards will be accompanied by a call for nominations for Honorary Membership.

The deadline for submission for all 2025 annual awards is 10:00 p.m. ET on January 13, 2025. Applicants must submit their work through the online RAIC awards platform.
