Located within the northern coastal corridor, just 40km from the Perth CBD, Eden Beach is a safe and secure family community with beautiful beaches on its doorstep for everyone to enjoy. Taking full advantage of these breathtaking beachside views, the Telethon Home was custom built with the location in mind.
Featuring a contemporary cubist elevation to maximise the space available on the 423 sqm block, the interior and exterior incorporates some of the newest products available on the market. Using locally sourced building materials, the home is designed with the Perth climate in mind. Everything from the benchtops and laminates to the floor coverings and ceramic tiles were carefully considered to ensure to best WA has to offer. With a home theatre, office, minor bedrooms and activity room with direct access to the alfresco located downstairs, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Then head upstairs to the kitchen with scullery, living and dining that leads onto a sweeping balcony where entertaining is made easy.
Wanting to create a home that was on par with its surrounding natural environment, InVogue have incorporated a warm-toned feature brick wall and marvellous scyon axon cladding on the exterior, and an open tread timber and steel staircase floating above the downstairs area inside.
