The Centre d?art Diane-Dufresne is presenting a summer exhibition showcasing selected paintings and drawings by Montréal?s Olympic Stadium architect Roger Taillibert.
From June 20 to September 29, 2019, the exhibition Volumes et lumière follows the path of the architect, painter and humanist, whose objective continues through an imposing modern legacy.

Frequently asked to exhibit his works, Tailibert chose to share his years of creativity for the first time at the Centre d?art Diane-Dufresne in Repentigny. Now aged 93, Taillibert?s never-before-seen in public body of work was produced in France and Québec.

In an original documentary, which will be presented to visitors, by Alain Stanké, Roger Taillibert (in Paris) and Saint-Sauveur, Taillibert recounts memories and stories from his childhood to the present day. Although Roger Taillibert usually lives in Paris, the artist has sought refuge in the Laurentians for over 45 years.
