Inspired by the Brazilian modernist architecture, the MF + Arquitectos project they have carried out in the Brazilian city of Franca is of great beauty.

Designed for a family, they wanted a great property with lots of natural light and ventilation.
The house is designed in the shape of an L and is located in an urbanization on the outskirts of the city with a pool and garden
With a simple concrete structure is designed a single floor and a roof of grass that is integrated into the landscape.

A wooden cover allows the house to function as an outdoor space and open the blinds wide creating a total integration with the garden. The house seeks total integration with nature, simplicity and purity of forms

Created with materials such as stone, steel, concrete and wood and oriented towards a nearby valley to maximize the effects of this perfect integration with the environment

The house has 2 wings, the long wing contains the master bedroom, two bedrooms for the daughters, a guest bedroom, and a living and dining room.
Full height blinds form a completely opaque surface when they are closed, but can be opened individually to connect rooms and garden.
