The Hoxton offers "homely spaces" in its Working From_Southwark co-working space
Dezeen promotion: open-house hotelier The Hoxton has reopened the shared workspace inside its Southwark-based hotel in London.
Located on London's South Bank, Working From_Southwark occupies floors seven to 12 of The Hoxton, Southwark, which opened in September 2019.
The co-working space, which initially opened to the public on 3 February 2020, was temporarily closed soon after due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Recently reopened to the public, it is designed to cater to a variety of clients, from freelance creatives in need of a "modern" and flexible working environment to business-owners looking for less traditional, long-term leases.

Ennismore, owner of The Hoxton, called on its in-house design team to create "homely spaces" that would accompany the "stress-free policies" of Working From_Southwark. Covering a total of 3,900 square metres, each of the six co-working levels boast floor-to-ceiling windows to give  plenty of natural light and views of the city.

The hotel offers 764 desks spread across three different types of workspaces. This includes Private Studio spaces for teams and larger companies and Open Studio scenarios, which are fixed desks within a studio, as well as general hot-desking areas.
