Austin, TX (March, 2022) ? The Independent, the iconic Austin skyscraper designed by Rhode Partners, has achieved LEED Gold Certification, confirming its international status as a green building.

Residential? category. This is the only project located in Texas to receive the award as well as the only project in the southern United States represented.

The 58-story multi-family project is currently the tallest residential building West of the Mississippi.
