Air Canada and presenting partner American Express has revealed its Top 10 list with The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette from Jordan, Ontario, placing atop the list as Canada?s Best New Restaurant.

Located in the Niagara region of southern Ontario, an hour drive southwest of Toronto, The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette reflects the European ideal of destination dining in the heart of agriculture. The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette shares the Pearl Morissette spirit of place, relying on regional ingredients that reflect the places where they were grown and the people who cultivated them.

The restaurant has two chefs who serve an ever-changing, multi-course menu of locally produced and foraged ingredients inspired by seasonal French cooking. The culinary team is made up of Canadian born, European trained chefs Daniel Hadida and Eric Robertson, as well as sommeliers, foragers and producers. The restaurant?s onsite forager ? ?Plant Wizard?
