Three World Trade Center Designed by Richard Rogers Almost Completed

Work on the Three World Trade Center, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, is almost finished. Three Lower-Manhattan-skyscraper is expected to be officially inaugurated in the spring of 2018. The real estate firm which owns the skyscraper, Silverstein Properties, announced that almost 90% of the project is complete. They also added a post on Instagram on the 6th of October 2017 that said that they were finishing up the lobby areas. The 1,079 feet (329 meters)-high tower furtherly appeared on the social media showing its glazed appearance and geometric elements.

In 1977, Richard Rogers established his architectural firm in London, which was followed by teaming up with Graham Stirk and Ivan Harbour later on. The Rogers Stirk Harbour firm will be having a 10th-year-anniversary celebration later this year.
Three World Trade Center encompasses a two-million-square-foot (190,000-square-meter) area designated for retail and office spaces. In the summer of 2016, the concrete core of the building started appearing, while in October 2016, the exterior steel structure reached maximum height. In August 2017, the glossy facades were finished.
