Toronto Design Offsite Festival returns January 18-24
January 18-24, 2016, the Toronto Design Offsite Festival (TO DO) takes design out of the studio and into the city, transforming the city?s downtown into a hub for all things design.
As an annual Festival, TO DO is a space to engage in design that?s unpretentious, exciting, accessible, and fun. Storefronts display exciting exhibitions, galleries host immersive installations, and local and international designers spark discussion with lectures and workshops open to everyone to participate and learn.
Created by designers, TO DO brings creative minds together to celebrate Canada?s energetic design scene, and influence the way we understand and interact with design. Our purpose is to build awareness and dialogue around design. Presented by Keilhauer, this not-for-profit festival attracts the international community to Toronto for one design-filled week of discovery every January. Festival highlights include the TO DO Festival Party, the TO DO Ideas Forum presented with the TSA, the TO DO Urban Affairs Forum presented with teh TSA, and Come Up to My Room at the Gladstone Hotel.
