Turbosealtech New Incubator and Office Building’s Design Concept
The area of Turbosealtech is 2500 square meters, making it a medium-sized project. The design strategy centered on the intersection of technology, site, function, and landscape. The form was created with considerations for site view continuity, heat control, and building function in mind. The volume of the building is drawn out of the earth, resulting in a visually appealing skyline and environmental harmony. © Parham Taghioff
The building’s façade is enclosed in a glass envelope, allowing natural light while the aluminum profiles on the outer layer regulate interior heat gain. The exposed structure used for the inside is obtained from the building’s form, which depicts the typical construction of industrial structures. The five horizontal levels of the glass pyramid-shaped building are nicely connected vertically by a transparent elevator. The interior areas are meant to encourage interaction among users.
