This warm 4,306 sq ft office space located in Madrid, Spain, has been designed in 2018 by Madrid in Love Studio.

Description
A small oasis in the madness of the city. This could be defined the conversion of this building in Gran Vía in the coworking Utopicus (subsidiary of the Colonial group). To achieve a warm space, the decoration of offices, distributed on its four floors and more than 400 square meters were filled with vegetation, wood or textiles. The design of its modern offices was designed around a central nucleus of curved shapes, which hides the stairs and elevators. On the first floor there are work spaces with views of the street, while the roof is crowned by an undulating backlit piece of acoustic material of 100% contemporary design to complete this very special interior design project.
